2024 Trek Registration Form

This is the form used to register you and your family for the annual trek.

Our 2024 T-shirts will be pre-order only.  Orders must be placed by May 13th! The design and color is above.  All shirts will be heather blue, except the adult full zip hoodie, which will be Carolina Blue, Pictured below. Also below is the order form, oriented to fit on one page when printed.
